How to Process User Deletion Requests:

Users may wish to delete their account. When a user deletion request comes through, you will be notified.

To process the deletion request, navigate to the Admin Dashboard. You need to be logged in to access the dashboard. Logging in will automatically redirect you to this page. If already logged in, you can access the dashboard via the website footer.

Navigate to User Deletion Requests on the Admin Dashboard quick access shortcut or via Forms ➟ Account Deletion Requests via the side panel.

New submissions and users would like their account deleted will have an exclamation mark by their request ID.

To view the form, click anywhere on the row of the new submission. The form will open up with their request.

You can then process the deletion by navigating to Users on the Admin Dashboard via the side panel or quick access shortcut.

Search for the User you are looking for and select Delete.

Click Confirm Deletion. Please note that this is permanent.

To delete multiple users at once, tick the box of the users you want to delete. Select the Bulk actions dropdown. Select Delete from the list and then click the blue Apply button.
