How to Edit a Users Two-Factor Authentications Settings:
Navigate to the Admin Dashboard. You need to be logged in to access the dashboard. Logging in will automatically redirect you to this page. If already logged in, you can access the dashboard via the website footer.
Navigate to Users on the Admin Dashboard via the side panel or quick access shortcut.
Search for the User you are looking for and either click on their Username, or press Edit.
Scroll down to Two-factor authentication settings:
This will allow you to reset their Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) or view their current 2FA configuration.
If they already have 2FA set up:
You can Reset 2FA Configuration and view what 2FA settings they have configured.
Scroll Down to the bottom of the page and press Update User:
If they have not set up 2FA:
Please advise the patient to navigate to My Account and set up Two-Factor Authentication.
